Adrienne B. Johnson
I’ve had my share of trials and tribulations in life. I’m grateful that the hardships I’ve faced have ultimately fueled my desire to inspire individuals to be exceptional. I focus on developing leaders who leave a mark on people, organizations and the world. With 30+ years of well-honed expertise in leadership development and business acumen, I am often described by my clients as a pragmatic strategist, innovative problem solver, and a keen executive coach.
Name the leadership challenge; whether it’s helping young professionals to embrace their potential or empowering seasoned executives to enhance their overall leadership effectiveness…I am the woman for the job.
In addition to my passion for coaching, I am a retired Corporate Executive who owns and leads several businesses and charitable programs. Most notably, I am CEO of Infinity Global Connections LLC, a boutique firm that specializes in marketing, leadership development, and global business expansion; the Founder of the Wo Ye Bra, an empowerment program that creates female entrepreneurs in West Africa; and the author of The Do’s and Dont’s of Fundraising. I’m a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Founder of the Lake Spivey Chapter of Jack & Jill of America, Member of the Links, Incorporated, and Board Member of Atlanta Interfaith Broadcasters (AIB) TV Network.
My Coaching Philosophy
My goal is to make the world a better place for everyone - one courageous testimony, one outstanding role model, one great leader at a time. I make recommendations to help individuals set goals that align with their purpose, and bring their long-term vision into sharper focus.
In life, only those willing to make big bets win big payouts. I want to be all in with you.
